Color me impressed. Working with a golden retriever/lab mix (I still say shes actually golden/American fox hound), has taught me that dogs are truly unstoppable. My Jack Russell who suffered from a deformity of the brain, rest his soul, was also quite talented. I never quite understood why anyone considers animals, let alone dogs, dumb. Once you read this article, you’ll find out that the uniqueness of this bus riding Labrador isn’t so unique. She’s one of many dogs who have taken to using public transport world wide. So take that “animals are soulless automatons” crowd.

I’m sitting here writing all these serious articles to post on the blog and then I realize, that there’s not much hanging out in the Dog area. One of my greatest loves in this world is the animal we call dog. I’ve always had one, sometimes two. I’d love to have more! They pass away, I’m devastated–because, face it, they should live as long as we do.
About Four and Half years ago, I adopted a gem of a dog from Adopt-A-Lab.org (who was shut down by someone’s drive for revenge and lack of caring for the animals, but let’s not ruin this post with that stuff). She’s grown up to be a pretty amazing girl. We work together all the time to learn tricks. She could stop pulling so much on walks, but her serious down to business walking is something to see. We’re still not clear on this ‘bang’ stuff.
