Autumn is upon us. Okay. Okay. We have like 20 days before then. Still, schools are starting soon, or have started, so my mind is on the educational. Last year, I did a smart mash up between apples and science, which really sums up the season and gets at the heart of why I love it so much.
In creating Zo, I often think about what might be useful or interesting to those who follow along. Adding color in only some of the works is part of the scheme. Zo is pretty monochrome herself. So the images should, I feel, reflect that element of her expression. It’s always fun, too, to go a little deeper into the world.
As you probably know, Zo is a stuffed duck. Thus, she’s not created the same as other ducks. Below, you’ll find an image outlining how our fearless fowl refers to the basic parts of her anatomy.
Spy grade overhears – ears.
Floof – the fluffy stuff on her head.
Rear Floof – the fluffy butt poof.
Blackmail assessment scanners – eyes.
Interactive foul-mouth dispenser – beak.
Fluzz – the fluff on the throat.
Paddle-waddles – feet.
Belly – belly.
