A couple months ago D23 went down. I for one avoid all of the stuff because it is overwhelming for this geek to get all the juice at once. I think I would blubber like a baby from all the excitement! Instead, I let it trickle in nice and slow, so I don’t explode like blueberry Violet.
On top of this, I just took my little one for her first vacation to Disney World in Florida. What a blast we had. I can’t express how special it is to share something from my own childhood with her on this grand scale. Certainly, we have gone together to places that I went and enjoyed at her age, but they are smaller in scope and so deeply changed. The majority of the parks are just as I remember them.
