Welcome back for another installment of The Blue Honor Vlog. Subscribe to my channel on YouTube. As a subscriber, you’ll get episodes of Shagbottom Theater, updates from the blog, and watch the process of making book trailers. And! You’ll be first in line to see it all. Once a video is ready, it’s uploaded, and you don’t have to wait for it to come out on the blog or even in the newsletter. Let’s get started!

I can hardly believe I’ve created 50 episodes of this vlog! That’s pretty good, considering I had no intention of ever doing this. Time flies, when you produce a vlog a month. The first was in March of 2016. It’s already been four years. Let’s keep it going strong with more subscribers! Link your friends, and tell everyone about the channel!
On this episode, I will talk about my anxiety and depression and how photography helped me come out of a particularly long bought, and helps me maintain balance to this day. Whether it’s the fact that I have to get up and out, the fresh air I get, or the beauty I capture, it works effectively to ease my symptoms, which leaves me a lot less stressed! I’m sure that many of you can relate.
If you’re finding yourself struggling with anxiety and depression, but nothing is helping, please reach out for help. You’ll be glad you did.
Be sure to check out my gallery on deviantArt when you’re done watching the episode.
