November brings on longer nights and colder temperatures. It’s late fall and time to do all the cozy things, like comfort food and comfort movies. Speaking of which, November nights have found Alex working hard to study human culture since he came to the planet. Look don’t argue with him. We all know his tag says made in Taiwan. He knows, though, where he comes from. Alex is an alien and, therefore, he knows he comes from beyond this planet, regardless of a tag sewn to his pants. I mean, really, maybe it is the pants that came from Taiwan, not his body? Don’t even get started on the claw machine that imprisoned him for months prior to living with the human lady.
But, here we are off track! Let’s get back to it… Alex’s studies include cultural items of interest (read that popularity). Many of those items come from the stacks and stacks of that the human lady’s videos. Recently, he discovered a film from her childhood. He has found it bizarre that she enjoyed it from such a young age considering the difficulty of some of the scenes but, as she explained, it was more the soundtrack than the film itself.
Regardless, Alex found out that this particular movie came out in December of 1977. Can you guess what it is? I think the pose he chose for this image gives it away. How did he do? I know. I know. His stance isn’t quite right, but he’s learning. And–oh, boy–is he learning! Now an avid disco fan, you can imagine the house is popping off like Soul Train. The human lady seems very pleased by this development.
Alex hopes you will enjoy this latest image, titled November Nights Fever in honor of the film. He’s excited to have this focused entirely on his journey and himself. Not every post can be about Zo! Just look at those chiseled cheekbones and chin dimple! Eat your heart out Travolta!
