Welcome back for another installment of The Blue Honor Vlog. Subscribe to my channel on YouTube. As a subscriber, you’ll get episodes of Shagbottom Theater, updates from the blog, and watch the process of making book trailers. And! You’ll be first in line to see it all. Once a video is ready, it’s uploaded, and you don’t have to wait for it to come out on the blog or even in the newsletter. Let’s get started!
In this episode, I’ll discuss how to organize your research. Being March, it’s time to start thinking of Spring cleaning. That goes for your writing and preparation plan, as well. So let’s get organized.
Are you a plotter or pantser? Because how you plan (or don’t) your writing is going to influence the way you organize the research you do for that project. You’ll want to think about what you know you need to know. For someone who doesn’t outline their book plot/plan, that can be a little trickier, possibly a bit more time consuming. Either way, your workspace is going to have notes! It’s just a matter of when you create them in your process.
If you have a specific question about getting organized, drop it in the comments, and I will get back to you. I would love to continue videos on this topic, so don’t be shy.
