Luthias, Order of Pritanni, Evocati, Guardian
One of the more colorful characters of Trailokya, Luthias is a newer guardian in the Order of Pritanni. He is one of the rare examples of a human risen to duta. That means he earned his wings, in the simplest of phrases. His presence among the Pritannians is no mistake, and hints at a long history between him and the order.
In appearance, Luthias resembles a human from the late 17th century of Scotland, complete with tartan plaid. His armor, also reflects the area, though it would have been fading from use in that period. Thus, Luthias reflects the biblical art of Western Europe you can still see in many churches to this day.
Luthias is a gregarious engel who cares very deeply for his companions. His dearest friend is a man he has protected through several incarnations, and has even accompanied to Earth. That man is Dominic, the husband of Captain Maiel. His loyalty, however, may actually lie with Dominic’s wife, instead of his assign. Likely, this appearance is part of his chivalrous nature. Protecting the wife of a brother, is viewed as a duty above many others, including the friendship with her husband.
In the role of a guardian, Luthias is still learning. The position is one of the most difficult in all of Zion due to the enormous risk to guardian and assign. Luthias takes it in stride, meeting difficulty with a merry disposition. Despite his inexperience and lightheartedness, one should not think he’s a weak guardian. Luthias has great strength and determination, in line with the most renowned duta. He is a wise choice to assist Dominic in his evolution.
Killer wit trims out an accomplished warrior. Indeed he is still learning, as mentioned before, but he is a top pupil in his order, and earned the rank of Evocati in little time. Like many duta, he takes great pleasure in performing his duties, especially when faced by shadowalkers.
Other things he enjoys are beer and erelas. The latter becomes singular when he meets his ketu while assisting a Primus on a classified mission. She is a formidably skilled guardian in her own right.

A much sought after guardian entered and cast the thought out of their minds.
Evocati Luthias was much like Sephr, though a younger version. He wore leather and steel armor, accented by a pattern of green-crossed squares. He strode toward them, his round leather shield on his back and his long sword slung loose at his side. His brown hair was drawn back into a braid, and a short beard of the same hue upon his chin came to a point. He looked devilish, right down to his pale eyes.
“Did you start the party without me, akha? Where’s my boy?” Luthias grinned.
“He’s not arrived yet,” Joel informed him.
Luthias put his arm about Joel.
“I could go for the girl myself if you’d told me sooner. I’d bring that hellcat back here kicking and screaming, one way or another. You’d think you were afraid of her. Get me that sweet Cal to help, and I’ll show you boys how things are done. How are you, Dux Sephr?” he asked.
“Good to see you, Evocati. How’s the life of a guardian treating you?”
“It’s better than wandering the wastes, but the lad is stubborn,” Luthias said.
Alexandrael strode through the open gate, silencing their banter. She held her habited-head high and her hands clasped before her breast. Her face was blank, telling nothing of how the interview had gone. Behind her, Dominic strode with his head low, eyes shaded by his brow. He looked exhausted, if not completely spent. Humans were much less careful with their feelings and made an easy read, especially when fatigued as he was. It appeared things were quite thorny, but their presence assured that they had a mission. Then Dominic caught sight of his guardian and his dark expression eased. Luthias grasped Dominic’s arm and patted his shoulder, assuring the man that all would be well.
