It’s been a long time since I did a Zo Duck drawing. Sometimes I worry I am not going to find time again, or that what I’ve done with Zo is done. She’s such a great idea for me, that it breaks my heart to think I’d ever have to let her go without launching her into good hands first.
Yet, here I am again. It’s July and I planned to do a new Zo one sheet for the blog, and my hands delivered on time. The idea came to me several days after I made the promise to myself to continue drawing the duck of my dreams. And, I am very pleased to present it to you here…
As you know (or should), Zo has tiny wing buds and can’t really hold onto much. The torch is held up by a stick, and the book is balanced with a three-tine cultivator. Obviously the toga is a sheet. She probably also borrowed a mop head for her wig, but found a sweet replica crown and torch.
Here’s a bonus…
